Forever Beauty Salon Ltd is hair and beauty salon. We offer services and retail professional hair and beauty products. In salon we try to accommodate everyone, walk ins are welcome, however to guarantee a slot for you, we recommend booking in-advance.

We kindly ask to show up to your appointment on time and without company due to strict restrictions and rules. Kids need to be supervised at all times by an adult.

Patch Test Requirement

All new customers are required to be patch tested for any first time treatments. Patch test must be done at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. At the time of patch test we may ask to pay non-refundable booking fee for services that takes longer time, to secure your slot. In case of no show or late cancelation – we do not refund you the booking fee.


We welcome kids for their hair cuts accompanying by their parent or carer, however some treatments require to be 18 years of age to have treatment performed at Forever Beauty. If you are younger, written and signed permission from your parent or carers is required.

Booking Fee and Payment Methods:

Appointments can be booked via our website or at the studio. To secure an appointment, a non refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking, this will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment after the procedure.

Depending on your booking method, if booking via website the booking fee will range anything from €`0.70ct to 2.00 depending on the total cost of your treatment. If the booking is made at our salon, the amount of booking fee will depend on the treatment you are receiving. Generally appointments from 1hr will require 50% of the total cost of the treatment.

We accept all major debit or credit cards and cash. We use third party payment gateway company to process the payment.

Booking confirmation

After booking your appointment, we will automatically send you booking confirmation email, so please make sure the email entered is correct. If you notice any mistakes – please let us know immediately.

We also send you SMS text and email 1 day prior to your appointment, if you do not receive any of these contact us ASAP.

Cancelation and rescheduling

Please give us at least 48hrs notice. This will give us enough time to contact our waiting list. Giving us notice will help us reschedule your treatment efficiently. Failure to give us notice, might incur full treatment price charges.

We can only reschedule/cancel your appointment within our working hours, so please make sure you give yourself enough time. Leaving voicemail will not be sufficient, as we may only hear the messages when we re-open from the weekend and this might not be enough time for the notice.

We kindly ask you to respect our time as we always respect yours and try to be on time as much as possible.

If you have booked online – please cancel your appointment and try to reschedule it again, this way it will be most convenient to you. For all online bookings you have right to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48hrs. By making reservations your your debit/credit card you agree that Forever Beauty Salon Ltd has right to charge your credit/debit card without further reference from 50% to 100% Full charge – if you cancel your booking less than 48hrs or you don’t arrive to yours appointment.

No show

If you fail to show up to your appointment we reserve right to charge you up to 100% of a full service price via your payment method.

Covid – Changes

We urge anyone who is sick or is feeling any Flu like symptoms to reschedule your appointments as soon as you can. If you have booked your appointment and want to cancel it due to COVID or any cold symptoms – we ask you to inform us at least 24hrs before your appointment, failure to do so we reserve right to charge you up to 100% of a full service price. If you need to cancel your appointment less than 24hrs – we charge cancelation fee €20. Last minute cancelation or no show may incur of cancelation fee from 50% to 100% of the full service price at our discretion.

The cancelation fee is required to cover our cost for PPE that has to be disposed, which was prepared for you. We all need to follow strict rules.

During this hard times we believe that we all should respect each others time.

Arriving on time

We ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment, to make sure all necessary steps are taken prior you enter treatment rooms. Being late – will lead to appointment being canceled and loss of booking fee, or will mean that your appointment will have to be adjusted and you may loose time of your full service.


At Forever Beauty Salon, we guarantee the quality of products and services we perform. After each service you must follow aftercare advice and comply with our Guarantee Policy. If you notice anything that you feel should be looked after please contact us at info@foreverbeauty.ie within 3 days after the service. We do not offer refunds on services performed due to artistic nature of our work, however we do try to fix the issue or offer alternatives.

Return of goods

We are happy to accept returns for the goods purchase at salon or online within 14 days of purchase. The products should be unopened, unused in original packaging. You must have original purchase receipt.

We will not accept return of any products that have been used or damaged
