  3. Do you accept walk-ins, or is an appointment necessary? While we recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred time slot, we do welcome walk-in customers. However, please note that availability may be limited, especially during peak hours. we also recommend giving us a call before your trip to us, to ensure, we can accomodate a walk in on that day.

  4. How far in advance should I book an appointment? We recommend booking your appointment at least a weeks or two in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular time slots or specific stylists or technicians. 

  5. What is your cancellation policy? We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  6. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Contactless payment options are also available for your convenience.

  7. How long does each service typically take? The duration of each service may vary depending on the specific treatment and your individual needs. On average, haircuts and styling services can take 30 minutes to an hour, while facials and body treatments may range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes.
