All waxing, tinting, lash extension or lash lift appointments require 48hr Patch Test.

This is your responsibility to come for the test, no patch test may result in appointment being cancelled.

Please be mindful if you can’t attend your appointment. Time is so precious for us, that we try to manage it as efficient as possible.

If you can not attend your appointment and would like to reschedule or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

In the event where appointment is cancelled last minute, no show  – you might be asked to pay deposit next time/deposit that was already paid will not be refunded or you will be charged at full treatment price.
