Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all seals intact
  • In resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, skincare products)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Visit our website foreverbeauty.ie or contact our Customer Service team at info@foreverbeauty.ie or 01-9680561 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the return authorization and send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.

Customer-Paid Shipping: For returns initiated for other reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as it is your responsibility that goods are returned to our store. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the cost of the product(s) returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different shade, size, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Follow the return instructions above and specify your preference for an exchange when requesting a return authorization.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@foreverbeauty.ie or 01-9680561. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as sale
